"Curiosity, collaboration, and persistence make everything possible."

I translate complex business problems into production-grade AI and data systems. Twenty years at IBM in technology consulting and leadership; the last ten focused on predictive AI, GenAI, and cloud data platforms for energy, infra, commodities, manufacturing, retail, and real estate clients. In my current role as Associate Partner, AI Strategy & Transformation, I lead strategic client portfolios, drive P&L accountability, and deliver outcomes across Industry 5.0, SAP transformation, and Next-gen AI. Known for a purpose-driven approach, a bias toward measurable outcomes, and building high-performing teams.

Based in Singapore; delivered across 20+ countries including India, Sweden, Germany, Austria, Italy, the US, UAE, and China. Two granted US patents. Doctoral scholar at Golden Gate University (DBA, 2024–2027) researching GenAI adoption in technology consulting firms.

bio

I grew up in India, trained as an Electronics & Telecommunication engineer at Pune University, and took an MBA at IIT Kharagpur. I joined IBM India in 2006 as a SAP Supply Chain consultant and spent the first decade deep in supply chain and ERP-led business transformation across the global steel, metals, and manufacturing industry — enough plants, mills, and refineries to build a strong intuition for how physical businesses actually run.

I moved to IBM Singapore in 2016 and pivoted into analytics, then AI, then GenAI. I've picked up each wave as it landed — SPSS, then Python, then deep learning, then GenAI, and now spec-driven coding — so I can keep bringing innovative solutions to clients that add real value to their business. I am an Associate Partner in IBM Consulting's Singapore practice; my DBA research sits inside the same question: how GenAI is remaking the economics and delivery model of technology consulting.

I am a self-starter, product-minded, and services-oriented. I like working at the boundary between technical teams and business stakeholders where translation is the actual work. I hold two US patents and have written peer-reviewed chapters on AI ethics for virtual assistants, predictive-maintenance scheduling, and analytics for the mining industry (Springer, IntechOpen).
